  1. I bought my own car when I turned 16. (4.5k) Saving was easy cause I wanted a car so effin bad. Bussed at a pizza joint on weekends, flew trusses with my uncle on early days, and saved bday/Holidaymoney. Good times!

  2. I know I’m going to get hate for this but I’m under 16, yeah I know sorry I couldn’t choose my age, but I could also build the pc with all the parts. you don’t have to be older than like 9 to build a pc. And no I’m not 9 I just don’t want to say my age on social media

  3. y’all are forgetting you can get a decently paying job (for a teen at least) as early as 14 in some places

  7. I saved 15k when I was 16 working at McDonald’s. People are stupid if they think a kid that age can’t save money.

  8. It’s obvious he yelled at mommy and daddy that he deserves it and they went and bought it for him. I bet if someone posted on Reddit that Santa Claus gave them something every gullible person would believe it. Good fake story I’m sure he was hoping to go viral like every other liar on Reddit seeking attention.

  10. He could have gotten a job at 14 and saved up over two years. 4000 dollars in 2 years, when you don’t have to pay for bills or food, isn’t to hard.

  11. i built my pc at 11 with a 4070 super and ryzen 7 7800x3d, whole setup costing 3500$, and yes i paid for it. i have been working for my parents who own a business. im 13 right now and trying to get a G18 lol. not fake, i have pictures, and i have 2200$ left over as of right now.

  12. by 15 I saved enough to buy a 5800x3d and 3070 build when they were top of the line, so like 2-3k in the span of about 4 months of working. Its v easy

  13. What the heck? Is it not normal for people to take part in a job program or work a summer job or even a Saturday job at the grocery store? 16-18 is exactly the age I expect someone to be at in order to spend $4000 on a gaming PC.

  14. In brazil i saved up 8.5k R$ (1$ = 5.87R$, but that doesnt work as a comparison because brazil’s minimum salary is 200 currency lower than usa that means 1514R$ for 1780$ or near to 6 months of work)

  15. I did the equivalent of this when i was 12, Built myself a i9-9900k 32 go ddr4 ram, 2070 Super 750W corsair, Asus rog motherboard and all the kit. I was very proud of my self bought rig

  16. Must be cool to have parents who gives you thousand dollars of money every Christmas. Or hundreds allowance every week.

  17. bro 14 yr olds today are coding by the age of 10, listening to andrew tate at 12, collecting family gift money, flipping shoes at 13, xrp at 14 and the guy makes more per year than most 20 yr olds

  18. To be fair i bought my first truck for 3000$ at 16 its surprisingly easy to save a couple grand as a kid without bills. I worked every summer for a baseball park from age 14 and i wouldnt be suprised if he did the same

  19. Yeah crazy how the cost of living is going through the roof, a lot of us are struggling getting by meanwhile some people magically saving up thousands of dollars before they are even legally allowed to work like wtf lol I’m jealous as hell. Tbf i guess if you’re a kid and you’re lucky enough to where your parents don’t ask you to contribute to the house you can save every ounce of cash you have for what you want.

  22. I have a friend who earns money doing manual labor for his parents, but he’s not into PCs (he lives off grid so it would be detrimental to the small amount of power made by his parents solar panels)
