  1. No matter what hand held device you purchase it will become obsolete in a matter of years this is why choosing to invest into a PC is the smartest choice as not only does it have a shit ton of backwards compatibility and can be used more than just a gaming device it can also run emulation.

  2. I’ve never been interrupted by any updates or errors playing GEARS OF WAR V or Vi ..
Imagine??? So you haven’t played with one for a week before??
Windows can be sent to the background..

  3. Instead of bullshit reasons like this, can anyone talk about the frying of external memory card issue ? Why does no one talk about that ?

  4. Never had a single one of these windows 11 issues and ive been on windows 11 since it very first came out lmao

  5. Bro womp womp widows 11 is prob best for running games twice as fast and more people know how to use it unlike boomer windows 10

  6. 700$ for this junk? You might as well get a laptop for half that amount and still get better gaming performance.

  7. Steam deck OLED is better because it has a longer battery life. Battery life is the only thing that matters to me, i want to play games in the toilet.

  8. Absolutely agree gamer should avoid WIN & INTEL now. Steam deck is not perfect but run by LINUX more stable than WIN

  9. I love the Ally! I traded in my M2 MacBook Air and got the Ally with the caring case and paid part of a 2TB ssd. It’s great! I play all my games and it emulates the switch pretty good!

  10. got mine for £459 been a great purchase, but i dont have a gaming pc to compare too though.

  11. Having windows 11 was the main selling point for me on the ally. I wanted a handheld PC. Now I can browse and game all in one device

  12. I can think of me reasons to talk yourself out if it like
    1. You already have a steam deck so it’s mostly the same games
    2. You have a more powerful pc for your more demanding games
    3. Your office is pretty close to work and you’re probably the one hays driving so you can’t really play during commute. Idek if a steam deck makes sense for you honestly

  13. I love how this video popped up in my feed almost 2 years after I bought I bought my Ally, I had no issues at all using Windows with it, primarily how I played Garfield

It’s currently rocking bazzite and I’m still having no issues

It can run games that my roommate steam deck cannot run. So yeah this in retrospect with a bad video

  14. Bro can we play playstation and x box games on Asus Rog ally with keyboard and mouse connected please confirm

  15. This comment section aged like milk huh. Bro has valid reasons to not use windows on the ally. Massive performance killer

  16. Bro if you dondt now how pc work just play playstation 5 thats for idiots ik got the ally z1 extreame end ik have it for 2 jaers end ik never got a problem even with updates en gaming so i find its you bro

  17. As much as i have seen, windows 11 is quite less than windows 10 and 7

I really never saw a single update kind of 😅

    Only twice

  18. I have one and have had zero issues with windows 11 on it, I actually crash less on my Ally than I do on my beefy gaming tower.

  19. linux is more light than windows, so the performance is roughly the same, but the battery life is worse in rog ally

  20. It’s his User error with windows 11. Also, I dual boot W11 and Bazzite… Bazzite gets a little bit more performance out of some games

  21. Just bought one instead of the x, it’s got the z1e processor, it’s so smooth! Love this for what I play (elder scrolls, age of empires, call of duty, stardew valley, ROMS) would absolutely recommend, just make sure to get the model with z1e processor!
