  1. I have a question: I currently have MS 365 personal (and paying for it!). If I cancel my subscription and use only MS 365 for the web, how do I open and view and edit my current word and excel documents saved on my hard drive?

  2. Outlook has hijacked my calendar. I just need a simple –offline – windows calendar. Can anyone tell me how to sever Outlook from my windows calendar?

  3. I’ve used wps and while it does the basic job, some functions don’t work like it does on microsoft making it confusing sometimes and just make a mix of different formulas just to achieve what ms does with just a single formula

  4. But excel has many calculation feature and who says you need to pay for use this if you know use it freely 😅😅. Massgrsve laughing at cornet

  5. Hello Leron,
Thanks for the video. Regarding Microsoft Office, would you be able to recommend a presentation software which, just like Microsoft PowerPoint, has the function to export the presentation file to MP4? Thanks. Ramon.

  6. I purchased this Truly office. My defender stopped it and quarantined this file. syspin64.exe , can’t recall the other part. New computer, no support help from the company. Ideas?

  7. Hello there I appreciate this video.
I am currently paying a yearly subscription for Microsoft 365 on my Mac desktop but I really just use it for excel documents and sometimes word documents too.
How can I get the same and don’t loose anyof my files amd get the free version or one time fee ?

  8. Thank you for the video. I have just rebooted my laptop and giving it to a friend, and now I am asking that I pay a Microsoft 365 subscription fee to get into the laptop. Is there any way I can get past this and get it for free. Would be super grateful for help. Thank You

  9. I hate hate HATE Microsoft’s garbage software. I don’t get why companies keep standardizing on this garbage and forcing it on people. They could save so much in licensing if they would go open source instead. I’m so sick of Office and I don’t even pay a sub for it.

  10. Bill gate millonaire scamming consumers bcz u paid thausand for a useless computer if u don’t paid to this cartel a extortion fees to write in u own computer boooooooo

  11. I went to office did the account process only to get to the end and it requires me to choose the subscription options. Any advise please.

  12. I have been using 2007 microsoft software, but when I downloaded Quick books data, it doesn’t seem to work well with 2007. Is there any work around to have my quick book data work 2007 microsoft excel?

  13. Last time I paid for an Office version was for Office XP. I still use it (Word, Excel, and Access; the latter is the reason why I never switched to Open Office), and atm I don’t see any reason to upgrade.

  14. use google, full stop. it has everything. very not happy with microsoft at all. whenever i have to update my system it deletes my office. the money i invested severally seems to magically disappear and i cant find my product key (that one is on me, lol, but still…) use google.

  15. I bought office 365. I still have the SBN, ISBN, and product key. But, I cannot find how to download it as I lost the CD years ago and want to install access on my new computer. I can’t find any microsoft help. ANyone got an idea how i can use my product key to download it from online?

  16. Ever since Adobe brought that extremely predatory subscription based way to "buy" incredibly damaging as it is the mafia like practice of buying upcoming competitors just to vault them.

  17. Thank you for the video. I have just rebooted my laptop and giving it to a friend, and now I am asking that I pay a Microsoft 365 subscription fee to get into the laptop. Is there any way I can get past this and get it for free. If I put my card details in it will give it me free for 60 days. Be grateful for some help.

  18. Libre Office is very nice but I have one problem: it is not able to deal with .xls password protected files. One other free office that is not mentioned here id Softmaker FreeOffice 2024, which can handle password protected .xls and xlsx files cretaed in Microsoft Excel. The problem with the free version is that it is missing features and I don’t mean sofisticated ones, but somehow basic: creation of drop-down lists or date picker. For the drop-down lists I have found a workaround: I open the file in the free online excel and create it there and Softmaker is keeping it but not the same for the date picker. I can not say that I feel this to be a major problem thouuugh, I just manually type dates when I need to.

  19. No use for any of these. Most people have a Gmail account. With that you have your Google Drive. There you create docs and sheets. Keep it in the cloud. Works great.

  20. I still use Office 2007. Why? There’s no problem with Office 2007 anyways. Works perfect….! Enter the KEY and working like MS Office should……!

  21. For all those saying Office has OneDrive cloud storage: That is NOT the point of the video. It’s about showing alternative productivity suits as NOT everyone has a need for cloud storage, but everyone HAS a need to create docs.
It’s like saying the reason to buy one cell phone over another is that the one gives you a free case. That may be exciting for some, but for most people they just want to know which phone is better and not which one comes with whatever add-ons. That is very secondary.

  22. The most bothersome thing for people is that they are too accustomed to using alt key to activate and access functions inside the ribbons. These don’t work that well on the alternatives you are talking about. Even if they work the combinations are not the same.

  23. you can’t interact with these documents. Didn’t work. My document was to technical I suppose. Thanks for posting anyway.
