  1. Holy fuck this shit is pretentious. Get over yourselves, 90% of office owrkers are using cheap af office chairs for decades and are fine Lower your expectations to reality.

  2. Nice to see you have a taller person speaking to comfort, but you also need a BIGGER person to talk about comfort and durability.

  3. I didn’t even know the NIghtWatch CMDR even existed, and I think I’m done shopping now.

  4. Quite shocked that Ergohuman was picked. I’ve this chair now for 4 years (mesh variant), but I think its time for a new one. It feels very not strong anymore

  5. Kinda useless video. Stop bitching around and filling all segments with ‘refurbished’ steelcases. Are you sponsored by them? Pretty sure you are… next video buying a daily car – just buy Mercedes SLK in all price segments, starting with totalled version in cheapest segment and brand new in the top one…

  6. I felt like the embody was a bit small for me for the price its not a huge chair by any means and I wasnt too impressed with it deff not worth it

  7. I’ll never understand the love of the Steelcase Leap V2. Purchased a refurbished one & kept it maybe 2 weeks before returning it. My back pain was way worse than sitting in my 10 year old Amazon purchased Hon Lota. The search for my new chair still continues but it definitely isn’t the Leap V2.

  8. marketplaces is great to look at, got my herman miller mirra in very nice condition for under 300$

  9. These guys are so damn far away from reality, they gave like a 500 buck chair a S for seat and A for lean, said it would work for 5 hours. Now if it was S S suddenly they want it for 12-14 hours? These guys just seems to upsell on something

  10. I got a chair with plastic lumbar support with adjustments up/down, backwards/forwards – but I feel it is too tense, too hard? What you think about those kind of supports?

  11. None of those chairs look very cushy to me. I often sit on my chair for most of an entire 24 hours (I do take breaks to walk around a bit, grab food etc). I like a chair with super thick foam seating. I am 5’3" and not heavyset but after burning through half a dozen cheap chairs, each faster than the next, I picked up a Concept Seating 3150HR (roughly 2000usd or more depending on options). I have multiple invisible disabilities and this chair is gonna have to last me at least 12 years for this much money and I am almost 5 years into that.

Overall I am fairly satisfied but still don’t think I quite got my money’s worth. Don’t count on this company to honor their warranty, I messaged them multiple times with zero response. Probably they can’t be bothered unless you’re some rich company that bought dozens from them. All I wanted was the seat cushion replaced (which I made clear in their form), probably about the cheapest part of the chair. and they couldn’t even do that. So I just keep buying thick furniture foam off Amazon to slap on top since I don’t have the physical strength to remove the old foam and get the new one inside. But this foam still lasted far longer than any other chair I ever bought. Other than that part, which I think will be the main issue with any chair, the rest of the chair is rock solid and feels ultra high quality, I have no problem believing a 500lb person can sit on the frame for 10 years and nothing break except maybe the gas cylinder. It’s much heavier and larger all over than most other office chairs. The back cushion is air-filled and has not noticeably worn down yet, unlike the bottom cushion.

The chair is proportioned for someone over 6ft tall like most office chairs, so nothing is in the right place for my body. My feet are about 8 inches from the ground so I have to use a footpad. But I sit leaned forward most of the time so it doesn’t matter much anyway. None of these companies seem to care about making a high-end chair for women. 5’3" is still a average height for a U.S. woman so there are many women shorter than I, who need a chair. And I see a lot of wide-hipped women looking for a wider seat , even the max I usually see of 25" is not wide enough for many larger women. Honestly I kinda wish I had went for the wider/bariatric version of this chair so I could sit cross-legged. This chair is basically yet another Aeron clone but with a thick outer covering, so the sides dig painfully into my knees with the standard width.

  12. I’ve used cheap bucket seat gaming chairs, and that staples dexley, it’s unbelievable how something like the dexley feels worse than the bucket seat gaming chair.

  13. Looking at a chair 300 or less because i work 10 hours a day but i see some on sale right now. What do you guys think about the Hbata P5?

  14. The biggest problem I’ve had is how long the seat cushion stays comfortable. On these reviews I want the 3+ years later how are the cushions? Do they flatten and harden or stay soft?

  15. I need one for crafting! I wont be sitting for 8-10 hours (sometime 4-5) but I need support because I have tailbone issue. Plus I’m 5 ft 3 so I need one for my shorter legs. HELP

  16. Me looking at $185 chairs at Staples “Man these prices are getting insane!”

    Then I watched this video

  17. i bought the vera and immediately returned it. its poorly designed, felt cheap, and the seat/armrests were hard as ROCK! stay away! if you want a good chair, just get a leap v2 refurbished.

  18. I’m 5’2… and I neeed need need a chair I can rest my head back on. I know at my height that’s tough. Recommendations?

  19. … Ugh, but they are all so ugly, made with boatload of plastic and unnecessary crap. For comfort, build quality, and style, price-no-object, get an Eames Executive High Back or Low Back Chair. If it’s good enough for Steve Jobs, it’s good enough for you… and don’t you dare think about getting an imitation.

  20. Chair for every budget then skips to $300. People don’t have that kind of money bro, guess I’ll watch a different video

  21. I’m 6’2”, 165 lbs, want head rest, recovering from low back disc issues, will be both working from home and lounging, price range ~800 max. What would you recommend? Ergohuman? Thanks for your videos

  22. I would never sit in any chair for 8 + hours. That’s crazy, I get some jobs you have to sit for extended periods of time but that. Ant be good for you.

  23. How can you make a chair to sit in for more than an hour without a head rest? Surprised what a lot of consumers are letting these companies get away with

  24. What do you think about the xchairs? Just wondering as my spouse has his eyes on the X4 Leather Executive Chair ~$1000 – $1400 price point. Also, what do you recommend for someone 5’2’"? Finally are you paid for anything you said in this review. Thank you, kindly for answering my questions. I found your review to be eye opening and I appreciate it. I also subscribed. Best, Tammy

  25. Hey @BTODtv team – maybe consider trying and telling us how it looks to have the new Atlas Headrest for Leap?
