  1. I’d like to point out that EA Play via XBOX Gamepass is far from ideal from a user experience perspective, the XBOX subscription uses EA Desktop to provide EA games, which is currently in beta, and somehow worse than Origin.
Origin and EAD fail to fluently communicate with each other and EAD crashes or just refuses to work sometimes, I chose to unsubscribe and hunt for games on sale, mainly subscribing for the Battlefield franchise.
I want to note EAD will probably get more usable as time goes on, but this has been my experience so far.

  2. Wow I usually catch all of your vids, but youtube made this one vanish, only just noticed it when I was looking at your channel

  3. I put it to you that you might be hurting your own channel by doing both this kind of gaming content and news content on the same platform.

I for one love your IRL news stuff but don’t really care about gaming news.

I think you might want to consider moving either kind of content off to a second channel.

  4. Fuck the algorithm, you clearly put insane effort into this amazing project and made the data freely available. You’re incredible and amazing, your work is appreciated.

  5. Just leaving my humble comment to encourage the algorithm to push this video.
Great video as always and I don’t even care about these subscription services, it was just an interesting watch!

  6. amazing video and thanks for the break up. Seems like for someone that has a PC the Xbox game pass comes really handy and the PsNow pass also seems really good. Might consider getting PsNow when I get my ps5 the value seems crazy

  7. PlayStation just cut their game library on ps now by at least 100, combined it with ps plus. And is selling it at the same price as ps plus + ps now combined for a year (120, 60 for ps plus and now each)

What a f—- joke. No reason to buy this. Just going to keep at ps+ for dumb online functionality and more importantly ‘free’ games. PlayStation dropped the ball much harder than I thought possible. Xbox will slowly but surely take up Sony’s console marketplace.

  8. Alot of Ps3 games also don’t have on-line functionalities anymore, while alot of older Xbox games do,because gamespy went out of business many years ago, that and mandatory streaming for the vast majority of the older titles makes Ps now hard to recommend for me personally, despite the very large library,it does have potential though, but needs alot more investment from sony’s part

  9. If Microsoft started pumping out gold teir games like Sony, it would be an easy clap. Especially if they made them Xbox exclusive.

  10. After watching so many of sir swags videos I keep wondering where he gets the footage of these male/female actors doing random things, like at 00:23 lmao

  11. I personally had difficulty reading the text on your charts both on my phone and on the tv. It would be great if you found a way to improve readability next time so we can appreciate the work Jake the analyst put into this video

  12. Thank you Jake the Analyst and the Sir Swag team for making another masterpiece of informative entertainment for gamers to enjoy. Your hardworking never goes unnoticed by the fans, here’s hoping Youtube itself soon sees it too <3

  13. As a "smug pc elitist" I 100% approve this video.

Never again did I ever have to pay for a subscription service just to play games since 2012 back when the xbox live game pass was under 50 bucks for a year just to play xbox live.

Most people pay a lot just to have internet.

Never a reason for me just to pay a service just to play games online or even get monthly free games and media streaming contents.

You legit can save that same amount of money yearly on other things.

To each their own on how they want to spend a dime.

But I never had to spend anymore than a dime on games let alone media streaming on pc.

You legit can save money on pretty much any pc platform. ESPECIALLY TRIPLE A GAMES AND GET FREE GAMES TOO FOR KEEPS.

EA’s game pass and Xbox’s game pass is a joke on pc.

You can legit save that money and spend it on V-BUCKS like any shmuck on fortnite on pc.

    — No other argument can be made to disprove my point on HOW PC CAN BE 100X BETTER THAN CONSOLES.

HOWEVER – if the conveniences matter on how you want to play your games is up to you, especially on exclusives.

Me personally if I had a console I would buy for the exclusives only, whether digitally or physical copies and forget about the services overall.

  14. I expected to see Game Pass on top. I subscribe to them fairly often to play whatever titles they have, but mainly for the Forza titles. I play on PC and being able to play Horizon 4 for 10 bucks whenever I feel is pretty nice.
