  1. as someone who has worked at a thrift store before most the time they don’t know what their selling, you can find amazing deals if you know what to look for. i got a $400 canon camera for $10 it has one tinny scratch on the screen but it’s hardly noticeable and you have to go looking for it. other then that it’s like new.

  2. Either fake or someone working there had no idea what it was. Anything of actual value at goodwill gets put up for auction online.

  3. I have a 5900x that looks perfectly fine but it took some blunt force trauma and the die is fucked. That being said, 6 bucks is a risk I’d take anyday on a cpu like that

  4. Hey Zach i was wondering if you could help me with something, i was wondering if you could give me a gpu because my gtx 1660 broke and i have a i7 4790 and a dream

  5. Goodwill employees told me they can’t sell computer parts because they store personal data. I mean maybe but not really.

  6. Could you pls review the pc parts that I’ve picked for my first pc

    Processor:
    AMD Ryzen 7 – 7700X

    CPU cooler:
be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2

    Motherboard :
    Gigabyte A620M

    Ram:
    32 GB DDR5 – Corsair Vengeance

    Ssd:
1 TB SSD – Kingston FURY Renegade

    NVIDIA GPU:
    GeForce RTX 4060 Ti – 8 GB

    psu:
850 watt – be quiet! System Power 10

    Case:
    Shaded – ARGB

  7. I mean the best I got was facebook marketplace.
Got a TUF GAMING B550-PLUS, 5600X3D, 32 GB of ram (it technically came with 16 but my cousin had a spare set that was the exact same), and Wraith Prism cooler ALL and I mean EVERYTHING for 125 bucks flat.

  8. $6 seems very suspicious. I feel like this could be faked as it just seems too good to be true to get that cpu for $6. Might be faked honestly but yea, still neat tho.

  9. I have 3 goodwill in my area I mostly just used them to strip out hard drives because they sell old computers for $15-$40 depending

  10. My area doesn’t have a goodwill or else I’d shop there constantly to breathe life into the discarded stuff there

  11. good luck finding that there.. its a coin toss. sometimes its old movies from the 80’s and other times it a computer part for 2019

  12. found a working 850w 80plus gold fully modular psu all cables attached, no box for 9.95
looks and smells brand new! proly pulled from a new pc

  13. Goodwill is better for finding an old reciever to hook some speakers to and get away from the soundbar nonsense 😊
