Struggling to see much difference between this and other crypto debit cards. The Monolith card leverages Contis who are regulated by the Lithuanian financial authorities (and subject to AMLD5) – funds can still easily be frozen – especially if you’re EU based. ‘Off-shore’ implies off ramping to jurisdictions with tighter banking secreacy e.g. Switzerland or Lichtenstein.
