I just received an email from YouTube TV that the service is increasing another $10 a month. I’ve been a customer when it used to cost like $55/month .. these streaming services are getting so expensive and all I need are local stations + ESPN/Southeast Conference Network. 🙁

I have used You tube tv for years it’s worth and it and it’s got apps and a library to record you shows or sports 🎉🎉🎉
Looks like Venu doesn’t have a court date until October 2025.
I DirecTV stream because only service that carry C-SPAN and reelz all the sports channels that make sence to have
I love my Fubo TV with the exception of no CNN. I love being able to catch a show that has 5 minutes left, I hurry and record it, it records from the beginning and gives me the choice to watch live or from the beginning. Do you know if any of the other services has this feature?
Paramount+ also has a yearly subscription which is why I sub to it
do you know sling have max now with there package now since the Thay did the merger with DirecTV i have blue + max and i love it you should check it out

Do you think YouTube TV is still worth the Xtra $10 a month next year. It will be $82.99 in 2025.
Thanks for the great review. I agree that the Sling app is terribly clunky. What they have going for them is that you can integrate local channels into their interface if you have one of the antenna boxes (which I do). But driving that app is just plain awful. They could "clean up" if they would just refresh the app. Talk about a "missed opportunity". IMHO.

Great timing. I’ve just set up the free trial with YouTube tv. I can’t fast forward through commercials, at least with past recordings in my library. Am I missing something?
I’ve used all and direct tv is the best.
I have DIRECTV stream because it’s the most complete service. Best picture quality, RSN, in fact it better channel line up with none left out. When you throw in RSNs, 4k, unlimited DVR service and manageability. I have the choice plan for sports fans especially regional sports you can’t beat it. You get what you pay for!
While this video is pretty informative, and as someone who also also tried most services, finding the right fit is the hardest part as I care about national news, local channels and NHL/NFL/CFB sports the most and with the NHL its pretty rare to find someone who covers them

I tried YTTV and couldn’t read the Live GUIDE, 9′ from a 55" Samsung. And the guide isn’t resizable, and the screen rez is fixed. Can you or anyone suggest a better live guide service for old eyes?
