Intel i9 13900k or 14900k in my experience at 0.864 – 0.870 volts running at 3.00 – 3.10 MHz Unless I block the airflow vents it, literally never goes above 45 C Have never had upgradability issues – as it is currently it has 4 Tb storage and 96Gb ram. Expandable to 128gb ram 12 Tb storage. All on a mini itx!! Reply
