CDKeys have always been nothing other than stellar over the decade I’ve been a customer.
Used the site for five years or so. I bought PC games, PSN top-ups, and subscriptions. I never had an issue. Just pay attention to the description so you do not end up with the wrong region or something like that.

Just bought Hogwarts Legacy for Xbox off this site. Works perfectly, and I saved roughly £60. Deluxe version too.
Just bought a game from here, it works, and works just fine, you just have to make sure it works in your region, that’s about it

its a 50/50 bought Dark Pictures House of Ashes then like 6 months in Steam said something like "the demo code expired" and guess what the game was removed from my library.. To say I was pissed was an understatement. After back in front with both Steam and CDKEYS for what felt like weeks each saying I should talk to the other to reinstate the key I gave up took the L and just bought it again on Steam. when it went on sale.
I have made just under 100 (yes, really) orders with CDKeys. I have never had a problem. In fact, I once accidentally ordered "Tales From the Borderlands" instead of "New Tales From the Borderlands". I only realised my mistake when I tried activating it. Despite that, they gave me a refund even though they did not have to, and I had made it clear that it would not affect any future orders with them. (It was about my 65th order at that time).
They also issue CD Coins that is effectively a further 1% discount.
I have saved a ton of money because of their very low prices.
I bought Conan Exiles off CDKeys just today. I couldn’t justify paying full price for a game I might not like and I’m glad I didn’t. The transaction was pretty smooth and got my key in a few minutes. Overall this was a transaction I was okay risking as if it does get revoked it’s not a big deal overall.
Today I bought Turbo Golf Racing for 80 cents, very nice.
Had to wait little bit but they delivered and everything went great. 😊

I’ve had issues I’m four different occasions with being supplied bad keys. They make you jump through hoops for 2 weeks trying to prove that you didn’t submit them already and then they give you keys that are used again and then make you go through the whole process again. I just said forget it and deleted the account

Just an FYI, CDKeys is sometimes a great deal more expensive than buying straight from Steam. As a current example, Last Epoch is $54.39 for the basic edition on CDKeys.. it’s $34.99 buying directly from Steam. Similar story last month with Path of Exile 2, and again when I went to buy a couple of keys for Red Dead Redemption 2. The prices change frequently however, so unless you’re just set on getting a game right then, sometimes it’s worth waiting a week or two and rechecking CDKeys if you’re a gamer on a budget (like me!).

I’ve been looking at some newer games recently and noticed most of them had in small outlined text. PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE PURCHASING AN ACCOUNT ACCESS AND NOT A KEY. That just seems weird and I am not sure what is going on.

I bought a game by mistake on CJS Keys, I asked for a refund, they agreed to refund it, still no refund 8 months on. Ticket is still open and getting responses from likely an AI saying "it will likely sell in a few days time".
They gave me a key that was used and keep saying I need to reboot my laptop how does that have anything to do that the key was used sigh
Personally I don’t have any experience with CDKeys, but I was playing with somes dudes a while ago, and we had talk about prices on Steam. One of them showed me how much games he bought from CDkeys and told me about that site. Ofc sometimes Steam offer better discounts, and not always prices are shown correctly. But recent months Steam is doing really sh!tty job, and I’m now thinking that I won’t spend anytime soon my money on Steam.
It is safe, but you might not always get the keys you paid for… I have bought 7 or 8 games so far with only one issue. I did not get the key for Tides of Neumenera that I bought 3 years ago. $21 down the drain…

This site is a scam. Bought monster hunter wilds last week, and the code has not been delivered. Their support is garbage, too. I’ve given them all the details they could ask for, and they keep dodging either giving me a refund or just sending the code.
i always buy from steam but i buy from cdkeys when a game is banned in my country because of the worldwide keys they sell (those games are persona 3 reload and like a dragon gaiden)

Started using cdkeys last year, and i will keep buying games there. No way to buy from steam directly again. Enough is enough with price hiking every year and lame excuses such as "We raised our prices due to conflict on Ukraine", or "We raised our prices due to global warming." Prices keep going up and up,like they selling gold. So, cdkeys for me. Every games bought so far, keys arrived instantly, and no hidden fees, unlike another famous store that i bought 2 keys years ago, and because i didn’t used their "customer protection shield" (which is pure extortion tactic) for $3 extra, both keys NEVER arrived, and they’re not even refunded me.

I have been using CDKeys for around 7 years now and purchased 91 games so far, never had any problems getting or redeeming the keys. Just make sure you choose your country/region and that it can be activated in your country. For me I would always recommend the site. I did have problems with G2A so stopped using those, I also use Eneba they do sell cheap keys also, never had a problem with Eneba either, just make sure they work in your region also.

All were bought very close to launch day bar vermintide.
