  1. It’s unlikely to make any difference, and the priorities of Windows processes are set how they are for good reasons. If the CPU power isn’t there, you’re not gonna create it out of nowhere, you’re just messing with the priorities of the different processes that make Windows run (as you might’ve guessed).

    Bad idea, won’t work.

  2. It’s just makes game more balanced in fps. Why? It just has higher priority over other apps, completely harmless don’t listen to naysayers about this topic

  3. Don’t forget to mention that if you have a very weak cpu then all this is going to do is make everything on your system slow & laggy and might not even help the game itself.

If you have a strong cpu on the other hand, this does nothing. Like, absolutely nothing.

So, how to boost cpu performance: Buy a new one.

  4. and if it don’t let you put the certain process priority to high. you can always use ‘Process Lasso Pro Portable’ and it will deffo let you.

  5. i don’t recommend it, just turn on Game mode at this point, its basically the same but automatically.

  6. do NOT do this as your pc needs priority for more important stuff on ur pc this will completely destroy your pc

  7. Worth to notice that this WORKS,but don’t expect big changes.
Also, this will only help if the game is CPU bottlenecked. Also…set it to *above normal*
    High is risky.

  8. This is not how you "boost" performance in ANY game! Further more you want to use process lasso or precess explorer to set a higher priority which sticks to the program ANY time! And not on the instance when running. Also you have to be carefull what you stick the priority to which could result in lower performance because some games run on cpu and others on gpu! So this short vid os debunked

  9. This doesn’t work it just increases cpu usage always check comment son vids like dis

  10. This actually makes sense since you are just telling your computer to focus on the game and not on other pre-loaded applications like chrome.

  11. First click on Alt+F4 it will just delete system32 files which are just some temporary junk files and you will get 40 to 50 extra fps.

  12. Tutorial how to bust the preference: Just buy a new pc! This kind of tutorial it’s useless just don’t try it.If you have a potato pc and you don’t have the opportunity to buy a new one just don’t try this kind of tutorials!

  13. Just replace Winpoop with the Nobara Project GNU+Linux distro if you want an instant FPS boost in your Steam games — go check the comparisons and reviews
