Doesn’t work like that at all. First, if you are not a moron, you look up the current pricing. You don’t want to be paying a legacy rate if it’s more expensive. THEN you choose not to have the “best package available”, but instead what you actually need and can afford. No manager can magically come up with random rates because that would be illegal. Prices and discounts are formed based on specific criteria that has to be met.
Yep, that’s what we did and got our internet speed doubled and prices lowered.

Not going to keep working…the Telecom companies have a name for these people and are starting to tag them across platforms from company to company. People like this make it hard for everyone else. You’d probably be better off filing complaints to the FCC. Telecommunications is apart of American infrastructure…not a commodity…therefore the people can control it thru regulations. Problem is most people want the cheap route now…seems like this channel would encourage addressing FCC and PUC for LONG TERM SOLUTIONs…much like the advice on real estate investing but…ok.
I canceled and signed up a month later.. for half the price
This works for abt 5 years, then they won’t, so you just switch. Then after 5 years switch back
